我现在要转H4从F1-OPT，问题是我工作的时间不到每周20小时，是不是我已经Out of status，

有人说志愿者也算，个人开的我做志愿者的证明能行吗，IO会具体调查吗。谢谢
-USCIS does not check it. OPT employment status is monitored by your school. If your school international student office does not question you, you will be fine.
