回复：父母延期 问题

我在用ELIS系统申请父母的延期。

几个问题请教一下：

1） 父母的签证只有Passport Stamp, 没有I-94的那个白色纸条。这种情况，填表的时候问Arrival/Departure Record Number, 是不是需要到I-94网上去查I-94 number?

2） 上面要求提供 Family Relationship (Marriage Certificate).
请问是要提供父母的结婚证书么？是必须的么？
-Yes if they want file the B2 extension together in one I-539 (pay one filing fee). Not need it if they file B2 extension application separately one person use one I-539, and two filing fees).

如果提供的话，需要国内翻译然后公证么-You can ask your friend to translate it.

3） 请问提前多长时间申请延期比较好？
-Had better do it in advance about one month before I-94 expires.
