谢谢8老师的回复。我妈妈已经上上述您提到的材料，包括I539和file receipt，以及网上关于B2 extension的网页都打印出来了，还是不行。这是什么原因呢？一定要填写I824吗？I824需要大约5-6个月啊，时间太长了。还有其他的办法吗？
-This VO is too picky and actually he/she can find your mother's case status in the USCIS system using the receipt number (case#). I don't see any way except I-824 filing due to the picky VO.
