刚才忘问，如果绿卡配偶递485，也是收到485收据就可以合法停留了吗?
-Yes. Had better consult a lawyer if your spouse will file I-485 in US and your kids will apply for immigration visa in China in case NVC mess up your kids' cases as I mentioned above.


不会过45个月绿卡还没到手，身份却黑了吧?
