我有绿卡，八月排期current, 给LG申请绿卡, 材料是八月一号寄到的。今天收到request for initial evidence, 说要递交配偶为美国公民的证据。不明白为什么，我们的case是绿卡配偶的，是移民局搞错了还是我们填表填错了？看了I-130, 填得很清楚我是permanent resident, 又看了一遍I-485,觉得唯一可疑的地方是Part 2 Application Type，这项我们check的是a,

难道应该check h: other basis for eligibility. Explain? 我们的case是cocurrent filing, 所以是没有I-130 approval notice的。请求8老师或皮匠老师指点一下迷津, 不胜感激！
-I think the IO was confused and he/she may have not realized that the F2A priority date  is current. So, when your spouse responds to the RFE, he  just provide the copy of your green card and then, explain that his I-485 was filed based on your I-130 under F2A category which priority date is current in August 2013.
