刚刚收到移民局的EMAIL[我是在美国申请父母.父母在中国]，我自己保税不够。有叫我堂哥帮我做联合担保。

在我老婆的I864A中的8，Relationship to Sponsor中。 我老婆应该选 8,a I am the intending immigrant and also the sponsor's spouse，选这项没错吧。 然后联合担保人的配偶选C中的SPOUSE。 没错吧！ 
-No, it is wrong! She should choose "c", then choose "spouse", not chose "a" as she did.

可NVC给我的EMAIL上说我老婆那份I864A上 [x] In the Relationship to Sponsor section, the household member has not marked the appropriate box or the relationship. 

 

 

我刚刚看了下I864A的PDF文件.明明都在在BOX中填X，我有点搞不清楚哪错了

这下面是叫我寄我的结婚证书吧?就是我在美国结婚的结婚证书.不用拿去工作吧。-Not need.


就是把结婚证书扫描一下给他们就行对吗。
-Do they ask you to provide the document electronically? If yes,  fine. If no, you need to bring the original one to the office who issued the marriage certificate to you, and then ask them to make a copy and certify it. Then, you can send this certified copy to NVC or just mail your original one to NVC.

但我有把我的结婚证书[连同DS230跟税表一起]寄给他们了。下面其有一句previous marriages.这个是指离婚证书吗?因为我之前有离婚过，是不是也要交以前的离婚证书..

确定一下在I864A中在PART2中的13中Indicate number。我爸跟我妈各自的那份I854A都是填1对吧。-Correct. 然后13中框里面我爸那份填我爸名字,我妈那份填写我妈名字。 不是要把双方名字都要填上去. 对吗?
