请问现在还是必须一年内回来?  上次走前没有办reentry permit. 

-Not need to have RP if they will stay in China for > one year < two years.

  有没有隔两三年回来也没事的?   另外听说可以把绿卡换成10年有效签证,  请问是真的吗? 
-Not true. If they give up green card, they can apply for B2 visa to enter US as many people do, not special.


是的话, 怎么办? 申请什么表?  多谢!
