通过USCIS.GOV查到EAD出卡了,并且给了我USPS的Tracking Number,说是8月初应该寄到.
可是这都到月底了,还没有收到. 去了几次USPS查询,它们也找不到.

这两天与USCIS联系,他们将我的电话转来转去的,最后就没人接我的电话了.

我可以要求USCIS给我补发吗?
-You can file I-765 to get the replacement, but I don't know whether you need to pay the I-765 filing fee in this case, so contact USCIS whether you need to pay the fee for the replacement due to that you do not receive the card. You may show your EAD approval evidence to your employer to see whether they agree you to work during the replacement pending (it is legal for you to work in your case as long as the employer agree).

若不能补发,那怎么办才好?
