I am in My H1B visa and 485 pending for 18 months. I have EAD.
I work for my H1B and GC support empolyer full time now. Recently I have a part time job offer from another company.
请问:
1) Could I work full time for my current employer and part time for the job offer company?-Yes using EAD or ask the new employer to file part-time H-1 for you.
2) Should I use EAD or H1B for work full time for my current employer and part time for the job offer company?
-Up to you (see above). If you use EAD to work for the part-time job, you lose your H-1 status.
3) Which is best option, EAD or H1B for the simple purpose?-If your part-time employer will file H-1 for you and pay the fee, you may just keep H-1. Otherwise, may just use EAD.
4) Any suggestion?
