请教：公司破产重组，我的工作保留，H1B和绿卡申请需要transfer吗？

My employer is currently in the process of chapter 11 bankrupcy. In the meantime, my H1B is getting renewed. I also have an I-140 petition that was approved before the bankrupcy. Since after the bankrupcy my employer will be techincally a different company (different employer ID, tax ID, etc.), does my H1B need to be transfered? Similarly, do I have to redo the green card application starting from PERM?
