主担保跟副担保需要什么表格，是一起填一张，还是分开填，或者副担保所需要的表格不一样，要是不一样，是什么表格，谢谢
-Provide completed I-134 and support documents for I-134. One I-134 is required for one K-1 holder. But if 主担保 has no enough money, then 副担保 needs to file another I-134 together with the I-134 of the 主担保.

The I-134 support documents include: two to three of your most recent pay stubs and a signed letter from your employer listing you job title, start date, your salary, and the status (full-time) of your position.  If the salary of both 主担保 and 副担保  is not enough(125% poverty lines), you will also probably want to include other evidence such as your banking information and other assets as required by the I-134.
