请问丧偶的已成年子女是否属于移民局的F2B类？根据移民局的定义
B. (F2B) Unmarried Sons and Daughters (21 years of age or older) of Permanent Residents:
-I think so because the child is actually able to marry someone else legally, so he/she is single.
