1 ii) I140 approval notice and I485 receipt 复印件即可，无需原件，对吗？--Potocopy is OK.

5 ii) 关于REF, 要用时我需与BBB公司的HR联系。不知这个REF文件有无特殊要求？版上有无模板?

      注: 以我的印象，大公司的HR常常各管各的。你若找不对人，常常拿不到你想要的东西。

6 ii) 第6个关于 H1B transfer的问题，您认为BBB公司同意即可。若我拿到 H1B transfer receipt 后，于8/31 离开AAA公司，BBB公司同意我10/1上班。从USCIS的角度，我有无一个月的Gap? 因为我没有9月份的Payroll且BBB公司认为我的雇佣期是从10/1算起的.
-Fine. You do not have to work during the H-1 transfer pending (the law allow), and of course you can work after H-1 transfer is filed. So, up to you and your employer (in case you lose job).
