向皮匠老师， 8老师和版上各位老师请教485/H1B transfer的问题
已拜读了pjiang老师的“试释 I-485 pending 换工作的 180 天”，受益良多，解惑了。
但仍有几个小问题，望版上各位老师指教。若问得幼稚，万望海涵。
我的基本情况是这样的
485 pending 超 180 天，持H1B签证。485是现在的公司 (say, “AAA”) 请第三方律师事务所 (say, “CCC”) 办的.目前想换工作到新公司 (say, BBB).
  1. 离职前，我需向律师索要哪些有关文件-Yu need to have the copy of the I-140 approval notice and I-485 receipt for your record.
  2. 我有无必要更换律师？-Up to you.
  3. 或者我可以请求 CCC 律师事务所继续办我的绿卡 case 吗？-Yes. Actually you may not need the lawyer for your green card anymore. If you get the RFE for your employment status, just ask your new employer to give you the employment verification letter,  and that is all.
  4. 只是变      AAA 公司出钱，变为我出钱 (若还有进一步费用)？-Not need to hire lawyer for your green card because your green card application is nearly finished.
  5. 我还有无必要要求 BBB 公司      support 我的绿卡 case?-No unless you get the RFE (see above).
  6. 现在 H1B transfer 还有 any grace period 吗？ 若我用 H1B      transfer 到 BBB 公司，我可否在俩个工作之间休息一下？-Yes as long as your new employer agree.
注：我之前有一个同事(不熟但知道的那种)与我情况类似，中间休息了一个月，他说无妨，后来绿卡也拿了。不知是运气好，还是法律真许可。
