我妈妈的指纹不清楚，如果指纹过不了，该怎么办？
-I don't have a idea, but I think this fingerprint is not strict because it is not used for background check, but for identification in producing the reentry permit document, so it may be fine to pass.

是不是象申请绿卡一样，两次指纹不过，就要拿police clearance letter? -Don't think it is needed.
