我在H1老公H 4 状态下递交了485.我于上个月拿到绿卡,老公的绿卡没有任何动静.请问我是否应该暂时维持H 1 身份直到老公也拿到绿卡?如果我开始使用绿卡是否意味着老公的H4身份自动失效了?
