H1B extension approval notice刚收到，有效期从10月1号开始，原来的H1B有效期马上要到期，到期日是9月30号。
要回国几周，预计在原来的H1B有效期过期前三，四天回美国。现在在填160表，
请问各位老师，应该填现在有效的WAC号还是10月1号开始的？
