8老师, 这种情况, 还能入境吗?

我父母拿了绿卡. 但是因为种种原因回国呆了超过一年了, 还有可能拿原来的绿卡回美入境吗?　他们没有申请回乡证．　如果不行，　还有什么办法可以让他们再来美国吗？多谢!
