急帮朋友问一个帮女儿办绿卡的问题
 

朋友夫妻俩有美国绿卡，正在准备下个月帮女儿办绿卡。女儿现在在美国上大学，可是和男朋友在一起怀孕了。这种情况下，他们还可以继续为女儿办绿卡吗？
-Yes. If the child is less than 21 years old, she can use F2A category and can file I-485 together with I-130 in this month (August of 2013); and if > 21, only can file I-130. By the way, the child can not get married until she gets the green card, otherwise her pending green card application will be void in this case.
