紧急求助：去年收到了140批件，但没递485就全家海龟了。如今LG从国内申请F1被拒签，因为查到我申过绿卡。我理解的是没递485就不会影响到LG有啥移民倾向，但现在被拒签，还有什么补救办法能让LG签过？我自己也在国内。谢谢！

Another choice is that you may try to find a job in US and then, apply for the H-1 visa.
