回复：再问8老师，申请人无交税如何填I864，

申请中国的妻子，我是住申请人， 但我没有交过税，我的问题是：

1 我妈妈是我妻子的担保人， 我和她每人添一个864表，送交签证中心 还是我和她共同添一张表？ 
-Both of you need to file I-864. 
 

2.如果我也要FILE 864 表，因为我只是申请人，而不是担保人，我看了864表很多问题我都不需要回答，这样对吗？ 
-You need to answer all the question on I-864, no exception. If you don't have any income, put 0 in the income part, but you need to provide the copy of tax return of 2012 even if you don't have income.
