我给我妈填了DS160，也在网上试图预约免面签，我选择了免面签，还是让我付160美元，没有含免面签手续费，我于是就付了，但是现在预约免面签的时候，却总是显示没有可预约时间，怎么办？
-There is not "预约" for the 中信银行代传递服务. Just need to provide all the required documents to 中信银行 and pay 代传递手续费及快递费 there. Then, 中信银行  will take care of it.
