I apologize that I can't type Chinese at this time. I am applying for greencard for my parents. I will file I-130, I-485, I-131. How many pictures do they need? 2 for I-485, 2 for I-131, correct? Do they also need 2 pictures for I-130?


Can you also please help me check whether the following list is complete for my parents' applications.

1. Section I: I-130

·         Check of US$420 payable to the “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”

·         G-1145 clipped in front of Form I-130

·         Completed Form I-130

·         Copy of Petitioner’s notarized Birth Certificate

·          Copy of Petitioner’s Naturalization Certificate  

·          Copy of my parent’s notarized Marriage Certificate

2. Section II: I-485

 

·         Check of US$1070 ($985 for Form I-485, $85 for Biometrics) payable to the “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”

·         2 Photographs clipped in front of Form I-485

·         Completed Form I-485

·         Copy of notarized Birth Certificate

·         Copy of Passport with nonimmigrant visas

·         Copy of I-94 card

·         Completed Form I-693 in sealed envelope

·         Completed Form G-325A

·         Completed Form I-864 with supported documents provided by sponsor:

o   Employee status and income verification letter

o   Federal Tax return form (1040) for years of 2012, 2011, 2010

o   W-2 for years of 2012, 2011, and 2010

o   Paychecks in the recent 6 months

3. Section II: I-131

·         Completed Form I-131

·         2 Photographs clipped in front of Form I-131

·         Explanation of warrant for Advanced Parole
