我现在持H1B工作，第5年了，一直在目前的公司工作。I140已经批准。

借亲属绿卡的东风，本月递交了I130 & I485。

如果我现在申请工卡，一旦批准用之到某新公司工作，暂不transfer H1B，应该没有问题。

我的担心是，万一我亲属移民的 I485被拒 ，我的工卡是否也立即失效？

如果工卡失效后，我是否可以又转回 H1B?
