学校的律师自从去年答应帮忙办Eb1b后拖到现在还没搞完petition letter。现在很想很想换学校。现在那个拖沓的律师又说这几天就能file了。想用premium processing来办140，也许9月可以下来，然后等2-3个月485也能搞定了。问题是，在140批下来，485还pending的同时可不可以换工作呢？
-You  need to wait for the I-485 pending > 180 days to change job. Otherwise, if your current employer withdraw the I-140, then your pending I-485 will be void.

要不就是不在旧学校file，搬到新学校后一切重来？

 不敢直接问学校的律师，新学校很想明年一月去，能不能请这里给支个招？
