老婆现在是h1b, i-130 已经递上去一年了。八月一号，趁着f-2a排期current，把485， ap, 还有 work permit 递上去了。可能还有十天左右才能收到receipt. ap 和 work permit 可能要到11月才能批吧。现在的情况是，岳母重病住院，老婆需要马上回国一趟，呆大概2个星期。另外，老婆今年3月回国时已经在国内签过了h1b的签证，所以她还能用仍然有效的h1b签证两个星期后回国。我想确认一下，她这个情况，用h1b签证回美国会对她pending 的485，ap, 和 work permit 申请有影响吗？
-Not affect anything and it is absolutely fine to use H-1 visa to reenter US. But she needs to wait for 3 to 4 days from now one to make sure USCIS receives her I-485 (put it in USCIS system) before she leaves US.

我们需不需要等到receipt 收到后，到local 的uscis office 看看是不是能申请加急的ap?
-Not need it by this time.

另外，她还打算ap 和 work permit 批准后，回国呆两，三个月照顾一下她妈妈，当然她现在的工作和h1b可能就没有了，这会对她的绿卡最后批准有什么影响吗？
-Her unemployment will not affect her I-485. But if she loses her job, she can not use H-1 visa to enter US.
