老师们，
 

我计划这两天就提交申请了。提交之后，我知道我可以合法停留在美国，即使I-94过期了。请教一个驾照的问题。

我在德州，申请了驾照，因为看到我的签证是有期限的，所以驾照的期限也同I-94的期限。现在，我因为提交130和485可以合法停留了，我怎么样可以把我的驾照期限也调整呢？
-File I-765 with the I-485 to get the EAD and then, use the EAD to renew the driver license. Renew the EAD before it expires (no filing fee).
