谢谢8老师！前几年经济不好，又在工作以外拿了个学位，一直没有离开美国。最近一年才得出空，出去走走，也没有离开过几个星期。想想应该是有什麽误会。

I will go to local CBP Deferred Inspection office and find out why they took it, and there is nothing I am afraid of. BTW, do you know what they do at local CBP Deferred Inspection office, do I need to prepare any documentations, approves, etc.

-Then, I don't think there is a big problem and probably that is just misunderstanding, e.g. your name is the same as someone who may be a suspect of crime, etc. You just need to bring your ID and the copy of the green card or the I-485 approval notice to the CBP local office. That office is responsible for the people who have a problem when entering US. If they don't return your green card for a while, you may file a lawsuit to the immigration court.
