请问8老师,有绿卡,可回国已有3.4年,回美证已过期,还能进美国吗?
-No. The green card is void.

他现在人在加拿大(是探亲),如从加进美有可能吗?
-No. You need to give up the green card in a US Consulate in China (not Canada unless you are permanent resident of Canada or Canadian citizen) and then, apply for a non-immigration visa such as B1/B2 visa to enter US.
