今天接到了绿卡。一看，没有把我鼻子气歪，居然把我的surname写错一个字母。

给Uscis打电话，让我填写I 90,并且寄回原卡。请问这里的朋友，还需要寄什么证明材料是uscis的错误。 我查了一下我保存的所有申请资料，我的名字都是正确的。我需要再寄一份当初申请的资料吗？
