I-140已批准，准备递I-485, 但小孩现在国内度假。请问老师，如果我先递我的I-485, 小孩在回美后再递，会有什么风险吗？
-It is fine. Provide the copy of the parent (primary applicant) I-485 receipt with the child I-485 filing. The child needs to come back to US before your I-485 is approved if he/she wants to use H-4 visa.

是不是回美后一起递比较安全些？谢谢。
