我是H1B，我的孩子是H4，他今年就到21岁了，他的H4 approve notice 和他的I94card 都是有效到明年。 上一次过边境时，边境官知道他快21了但仍然给了他有效期到明年的I94卡。后来我也给边境的办公室打过电话，他们说他即使过了21岁，仍然可以stay在H4，只要他一直是我的dependent。H4 dependent 可以过21岁吗？

-He can stay in US until the I-94 expires, but his H4 status will be ended on his 21th birthdate. So, he had better change his status to F-1, etc. before his birthdate.
