本人绿卡，想为父母和姐姐办移民。求步骤，跪谢在先了。


1. 我绿卡4年，是否一定要等到5年才可以申请公民？
-4 years and 9 months.

最早什么时候可以，需要填写什么表格？

-N-400.

2. 父母年迈，分别80岁，85岁，住北京，是否一定要在广州面试，
-Yes. Your parents may just apply for the B2 visa to enter US, then you can sponsor their green card within US after you get the US citizenship.

北京面试行吗？北京不行的话，还有什么比较近的。需要填写什么表格？

3. 还是先来美国，在美国给父母申请移民？
-Yes.

需要填写什么表格？-You file I-130 and they file I-485.

4. 是否会取消兄弟姐妹移民？如果在取消前递材料，能否赶上最后一班船？-Don't know it at this time.
