请问8老师，如果公民为兄弟姊妹申请了I-130的话，那么
 

1）他们在排期的10几年中还有办法来美国旅游探亲吗？I-130的申请是否会导致他们这10几年都没办法来美国。
-The beneficial of the I-130 (兄弟姊妹) is considered to have immigration intent, but they still have the possibility to get the B1/B2 visa as long as they prove that they will return to China after the short visit. The US Consulate know the 排期 takes a long time to be current and also the beneficial will apply for the immigration visa in China, thus the VO will consider this kind of factors  for the visa approval. But need to tell the truth when applying for the B1/B2 visa.

2）列在I-130申请表中的我兄弟姊妹的家属是否也有同样的签证困难，比如将来他们自己申请来美留学，会不会因为有移民倾向签证遭拒绝。
