现在是OPT身份，已经拿到了公司给申办的10月一日生效的H1B。

请问如果现在换公司，H1B会怎样?
-Ask your new employer to file an H-1 petition and you do not need a new quote by providing your current H-1 approval notice. The risk is that if your current employer withdraw the approval H-1 before your new H-1 is approved, then your new H-1 will be denied and thus, you can not get the quote-subjected H-1 until Oct. 2014. So, you had better ask the new employer to use premium processing for the new H-1 petition or you may change your employer/job after Oct. 1, 2013 when your H-1 status is effective.
