材料交给中信去广州美领馆代办，不料两周后被退了回来，Note 上说：
1. 面谈。登录http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn zh/cn-niv-221ginfo.asp 选择此通知单背面页中任一的使领馆
预约面谈时间。
我的问题是：他们以前几次都是由中信代办签证的，从没被退或拒过。除了第一次要去上海面谈，后来几次都不用去的。父母都70 多了，能不去面谈最好。是政策变了吗？免面谈的条件是什么？
-Even if you meet the 免面谈的条件, sometimes the US Consulate may still ask you to be interviewed if they think they need to ask you some kind of question. It is very normal. So, just follow the instructions to make an appointment for the visa interview. Not big deal.
Note 上还说：
17.DHS extensions/change of status forms for time spent in the U.S. for you/your relative
国土安全部出具的延期批准/在美国境内关于您或您亲属转换身份的表格我觉得这条不适用，父母从没在这儿申请过转换身份，但这条也被他们勾上了。是什么意思呢？
-If they extended their B2 status in US during their previous visit(s), they need to provide the B2 extension receipt or/and approval notice (if any). If they had never extended their status, then just explain it to the VO during the interview.
