加国移民关于体检问题

我和先生是今年三月份在美国递交的加拿大申请,4月份受到档案号.前几天刚做了指纹,一直在等第二封信.因为家中有急事,已经买好下月回中国的机票.我现在的问题是,如果受到了第二封信要求做体检,我是否可以在中国做(先生在美国做),过程复杂吗?谢谢了
