I-131 Part 8：Since I will fill out the form for my parents, can they sign their names on part 8?
-Yes, they need to sign Part 8 and you sign Part 9. By the way, your parents need to file I-131 individually/separately.


Or should they leave it blank and I sign my name on Part 9? If I fill out information on Part 9, I should be either Attorney or accredited representative. So can I have my parents sign their names on Part 8 even I prepare the form for them?
