我H1B九月底到期，LD正准备EB1A, 打算 I140，I485，AP和EAD一起file，我再用EAD继续工作。

研究了pjang老师的博客，“但是，于 H-1/4, K-3/4, L-1/2, V-2/3 的申请人来说，USCIS 是网开一面的。没有申请 AP 可以离开美国，然后用原有的签证类别重入，只要身份不发生变化。”
我又糊涂了，到底要不要现在开始申请H4，等H4 approved 了才能回国？
