在４８５PENDING１８０天后换工作，新的工作DESCRIPTION应该和PERM的工作广告类似还是应该和１４０的WORK EXPERIENCE LETTER 相似？ 
-It should be the same/similar field as your PERM position. But it is also OK in the same field of your work experience if your PERM position application is based on your work experience (it is not different between these two in this case).
