1。Perm, 140, 485 批准都需要多长时间？？ 有朋友讲EB2非别是Perm 半年到一年，140 半年到一年, 完了后要等排期（PD），这要等3到4年。而485批准则需要5年左右？？

3。H1B只能使用6年，一旦485 在H1B过期前交不上则前工尽弃？？ -You can extend your H-1 beyond the 6 year limit again and again as long as you have an approved I-140.
