8老师，本人有绿卡，打算八月给老婆申请绿卡（F2A）。但她是F1学生身份，请问

 

1. 递交485后，她是否还可以保持F1身份-Yes, but can not leave US unless she has AP.
 
是否会对奖学金(TA/RA)有影响？
-No.

2. 递交485前，是否要告知学校国际学生办公室和系里？-No unless she don't want to keep F-1 (e.g. enroll part-time student).
 

3. 递交485后，拿到EAD之前是否有身份gap？
-Yes, but if she don't meet the F-1 requirement, she will lose F-1 status though she can still legally stay in US to continue her study as AOS.

是否可以继续TA的工作-If she meets F-1 requirement (e.g. Full time study, etc.), then yes. Otherwise, she needs to have EAD to work.
