我是加拿大人，TN VISA， 现在和美国公民结婚了，申请绿卡，因为TN快到期了，所以申请EAD

I-765 question 16" who may file I-765" category应该选哪个? (c) (17) (i)?
-Because your EAD is based on I-485, then put "(c)(9)()".


还有我老婆是US公民，但她是中国人，生在中国，就不需要她的出横证明了吧，PASSPORT 和公民纸就OK了吧
