问题是父母在中国，儿子目前在美以H1身份工作，现在需要回广州美领馆面试。问题：
1. 一旦通过面试，原来的H1身份会同时作废吗？
-When they approve your immigration visa, they will not approve your H-1 visa anymore and also revoke your valid H-1 visa if you have one in your passport. Thus, you can not enter US to get the H-1 status.
2.由于假期有限，只能回国2周，再回美国是否必须和父母同行，因为文件都在一个信封内，而父母不能马上来美国。
-If you use immigration visa to enter US, you must enter US together with your parent (primary applicant) at the same time or must enter US after your parent enters US. You can not enter US before your parent enters US. You need to tell the VO during the interview whether you enter US together with your parent or enter US separately after your parent enters US.
