-If she enters US using B2 visa, she had better wait for about two months to file I-485 in case USCIS think she has immigration intent before she enters US, but the problem is that the priority date may not be current for a while after August this year.
为什么您说“but the problem is that the priority date may not be current for a while after August this year.” 我还没有交485，计划和配偶一起交。这样不是只要我的current，她就可以交吗。我是EB类的
