再请教8老师关于I131（AP）申请

我给父母交I130， I485 的同时交I131（AP），是不是交表， I-94 copy 和照片就好了？ An explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an AP document 是什么？是必须的吗？
也不用再交申请费了？ Expected lenght of trip 写60天可以吗？
