请教各位老师I-130几个问题

Alien Registration Number. I am citizen now, do I need to provide the USCIS registration number on my naturalization certificate? Or should I leave it blank? I also have a question about the A# on I-485 when I list myself as child for my parent’s application. On I-485 Part 3, should I leave my A# blank or provide my Alien Registration Number?

item C2 Which address should I provide for question 2? Their U.S. address here with me, or their China’s address?

item C6: Has your relative ever under immigration proceedings? Yes or No

What does immigration proceedings mean? And should I select Yes or No

C22: which city and state should I put here? I am going to submit I130 and I485 together.
