Part 1 Other Information. I am U.S. Citizen through naturalization. So for question 3, my answer is to select United States. But for question 5 Alien Registration Number: should I provide my registration number on my naturalization certificate or leave it blank?

Similar question in Part 4 question 11,
should I check 11a as Citizen, correct? Then what I should do for the Alien Registration number below 11c. Should I provide the A# or leave it blank?

Part3: question 2 I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within 6 months of the principal immigrant named in part 2. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition

我考古了，皮匠和8老师说过父母需要分开的I-864。But I am still confused. Does this mean I need not to check this box? Then the total immigrants number that I am sponsoring on this form will be 1, correct?
