老师说不要新版本的i-864FORM, 可是上次我将旧版的表格,还有两人所有的报税资料(含联邦税和州税的), W2 都送过了, 怎么还会收到 request for initial evidence呢? I am getting very confused.  please help to advise what happened. appreciate it!
-Provide whatever they asked even if you have provide it before. They did not ask you to provide a new I-864.

btw, besides the tax, we are also requested to send her I-693 form medical report. last time we sent the one not sealed by some reason.
-Ask the Dr. to issue you a new copy and seal it and then, crossing the seal with the Dr. signature on the envelop.
