8 老师, 今天终于收到信了. 需要提交资料内容如下:
1) submit al supporting tax documentation (w-2s, 1099s, and all supporting tax schedules) submitted to the IRS from the petitioner/sponsor on form I-864,affidavit of support, from the most recent tax year.
我的问题是:
1) I-864 , 我才发现五月提交的表格在去年九月就过期了. 现在的版本是03/22/13的, 而且 No previous editions accepted., 请问需要补新版的表格吗?
-Not need to submit a new I-864 if you have submitted it in May.
2)根据我们的收入的话, 担保人(我先生)的收入足够了, 五月份的表格我填了我们俩. 请问这次如果补新版表格的话怎么填.-Not need any.
3)我们近三年都是联合报税的, 请问是不是把联合报税的表单寄走,还有各自的w2.
-Provide the copies of both your W2 and your spouse's W2 of 2012, tax return with the supporting tax schedules.
4)我发现我们没有1099s, 这个是一定需要的吗? 要在哪儿可以拿到.-Not need it if you don't have it.
5)请问这种情况需要请律师吗?-No.
